Hi Leeanne and Jessica: I wanted to share this on the blog…last night I used the Balsamic Honey Vinegar to make a lovely reduction sauce for a pork loin roast. It was so easy: on a very low simmer, I combined 4 tablespoons of the honey vinegar with some spicy plum chutney (about 1/4 cup), a splash of red wine and a tablespoon of Orange Blossom honey. When the pork was about half-way done, I drizzled sauce on top and then basted a few times before it finished cooking. It kept the pork very moist and the flavor was just wonderful! Best, Ronnie
